Thank you so much for your extremely thorough work.

My washing machine's drain had been getting worse for years, and finally it became completely clogged, so I called you to come.

You checked not only the washing machine drain but all the drains in my house, and you dealt with any problems very carefully.

Even in the pouring rain, you cleaned the inside of the manhole outside my house, the area around the manhole, and the air vents.

Thanks to you,
the washing machine now drains incredibly fast.

Five stars aren't enough to express my gratitude.

Thank you very much.

The drain in my kitchen drain trap was draining slowly, and cleaning what I could see didn't solve the problem, so I requested high-pressure cleaning. It turned out that years of accumulated grime had built up in the pipes. They worked carefully and thoroughly, and the drainage improved significantly. They even brought slippers and cleaned the entrance area – they're a very considerate company.

I highly recommend Comreach if you need high-pressure cleaning.

My kitchen sink was draining very slowly, and I wanted to have the drainpipe cleaned, but I didn't know who to contact. I searched online, checked the reviews, and contacted them.

The phone service was sincere and reassuring.

The cleaning work involved connecting a hose to the outdoor water tap, but when the hose went inside the house and they were cleaning the kitchen drain, they wrapped a cloth around the hose to prevent it from scratching the floor. I thought their attention to detail was wonderful.

They explained the process at each stage, and even took a video of the sewage drain so I could see the dirty brown water gradually becoming clear as the dirt was removed.

They cleaned the bathroom, sink, and even the washing machine drain (the drain was directly under the washing machine in our house, so they couldn't work there), and the drainpipe, all for a very reasonable price. I'm extremely satisfied!＼(^o^)／
I'll definitely recommend them to everyone around me!(^^ゝ
I'll definitely ask Comreach to do the work again next time!(^O^)
Thank you so much for today!(⁎ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈⁎)

Oh, and I immediately bought the cleaning product you recommended for home maintenance on Amazon!

This was my first time having my car pressure washed. They were very pleasant and did a thorough job. They showed me the dirt, I confirmed photos of the cleaned areas, and they even cleaned the entrance area at the end. The kitchen odor is gone, and the plumbing is sparkling clean – it feels great!

After 13 years, my kitchen drain finally got clogged, and when I contacted them, they came right away the same day, which was a huge help.

The work was done very carefully, and they used an endoscope to show me the extent of the blockage as they went along, so I felt completely at ease throughout the process. They cleaned not only the kitchen drain but all the pipes thoroughly, and they're sparkling clean – it's truly wonderful.

Their service was excellent, so I'll definitely ask them for regular service when the time is right. Thank you!

We had a drain leak in our second-floor kitchen, and they came right away. The leak had reached the parking lot, so I was so relieved when they arrived immediately after my call.

The drain was clogged with grease and other grime, and they carefully removed the blockage using a high-pressure washer.

They also cleaned the bathroom and sink while they were at it, and were incredibly thorough. I'm so glad I called.

They even gave me advice on how to prevent the kitchen drain from clogging again.

The price was very reasonable, which was great.

I'd like to request their cleaning services again before the drain clogs again.

I called that same day, and they came right away, which was a real lifesaver.

Thank you very much.

A couple, perhaps? A man and a woman worked together to clear a clogged kitchen drain. They worked together seamlessly to clean it thoroughly. They showed me images of the grease being washed away, which showed just how much it had clogged. Since they had some extra time, they also cleaned the bathroom drain. After the work was done, we chatted about their dog, and then I paid. They also gave me some helpful tips on how to prevent future clogs, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely like to use their services again!

The toilet wasn't flushing properly, and although I bought a toilet clog removal tool and tried it, it didn't improve. Even opening the outdoor manhole and flushing the toilet didn't bring anything down – it was incredibly strange. On top of that, there was a slight odor. So I used AI to search for a Kyoto City-designated sewer contractor, but I was having trouble deciding. The AI recommended Comreach, a company that wasn't a Kyoto City-designated contractor but had high ratings, so I read their website carefully and, feeling they were trustworthy, I called them. Despite calling in the morning, I was able to get an appointment for 4 PM that same day. I was relieved by their clear explanation and sincere personality. As a result, they not only cleared the pipe blockage but also discovered and cleaned another manhole under the floorboards beneath the stairs inside the house, something we had absolutely no idea about. I was deeply impressed by their unexpected discovery.

Thank you so much.

Finally, they said, "If any problems arise within a month, we'll fix them for free," which was incredibly polite and made me trust them 100%.

In the future, if I have any problems, I'll definitely contact Comreach.

I've been struggling for years to find a company to clean my kitchen drain. I'd searched the internet and called several companies, but what they said, including the price, was completely different from what was written on their website. I'd sent them away more than once. This time was different; I'm not exaggerating, it was the best I'd ever experienced. I explained the situation, and they cleaned the drain and the pipes from the kitchen, other drains, and the drain pipes for the bathroom, sink, and washing machine, all for the price they quoted. They cleaned everything very carefully and thoroughly. What's more, they had some extra time, so they even cleaned the tiles in the front yard with a high-pressure washer as a service. I was incredibly surprised; I've never encountered another company like that. I'll definitely call them again next time.

All the drainage in my house had started to deteriorate, so I hired another city-designated contractor and paid 35,000 yen, but there was no improvement at all.
